Yes, you can reach the people behind this guide, and a human reads every message that arrives. This website is an independent guide to Signal's official Android APK. We are not Signal's support team, so we cannot fix your Signal account, recover your PIN, or unblock your number. But if you found a mistake on one of our pages, have a question about our content, or need to file a rights request, write to us at [email protected] and we will get back to you.
When should you write to us?
Most messages we receive fall into one of these groups. If yours fits, we are the right people to write to:
- You spotted a factual error. A wrong version number, an outdated step, a broken link, or a screenshot that no longer matches the app.
- You have a question about our content. Something we wrote was unclear, or you want to know which official source a claim came from.
- You are a rights holder. You believe something on this site infringes your rights and want it removed. Our takedown and rights policy explains the exact process.
- You have feedback or a suggestion. A guide topic we missed, a device we should cover, or a clearer way to explain something.
What should your message include?
A short, specific message gets a faster answer than a long vague one. Include these four things:
The exact page URL
Copy the address from your browser so we know precisely which page you mean.
What is wrong, or what you need
One clear sentence beats a long story. Quote the sentence you disagree with if it is a correction.
Evidence
A screenshot, the correct version number, or a link to the official source (for example, signal.org or support.signal.org) that backs up your point.
Your email address
So we can reply if we need clarification before we act.
What does a good report look like?
Real examples of the difference between a report we can act on immediately and one that stalls:

What we cannot help with
This needs to be clear, because it is the most common misunderstanding:
- Signal account problems. Verification codes, registration lock, forgotten PINs, banned numbers, lost chats. We have no access to Signal's servers and no way to touch your account. Signal's own support lives at support.signal.org.
- Anyone offering "Signal support" by email or chat is not us. Signal never contacts users this way. Treat such messages as scams.
How quickly will you reply?
- General questions and corrections: we aim to reply within a few business days. Corrections that check out are usually fixed on the page first, then confirmed to you.
- Rights and takedown requests: acknowledged within 5 business days, following our takedown policy timeline.
- Privacy requests (for example, asking us to delete an email you sent): handled under our privacy policy.
If your message is really for the site owner rather than the editorial team, say so in the first line and we will forward it.
